The Trump Organization is positive on the Indian luxury real estate industry and aims to add projects worth over 2,500 crore in the coming year across the country's important property markets.

Through its partner Tribeca Developers, the US real estate titan intends to expand its portfolio India in a huge way in 2023 and beyond.

India is already the biggest market outside the United States for the New York-based real estate firm.

"India is a highly dynamic market for luxury real estate, and our product demands a significant premium above the competition. Donald Trump Jr., executive vice president of the Trump Organization, stated, "We are extremely pleased with the reaction to and advancement of our portfolio via our partner Tribeca Developers."

The Trump Organization will expand its portfolio in India via its partner Tribeca Developers, which plans to add 5,000 crore worth of projects in 2023, including its Trump-branded portfolio.

The business is already in discussions to add three to four additional projects in 2023, of which at least two will be launched in 2023.

In India, the business will consider expanding into commercial office assets and villa developments in addition to luxury residential projects.

With the success of our recently completed projects and market tailwinds, we are beginning on an ambitious strategy to double our project portfolio over the next year. Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers, said,

"The Tribeca-Trump alliance has provided us a competitive advantage in providing India with great goods throughout the years, and we want to double our Trump portfolio as well."
