The Forum, a new shopping centre in southern Bangalore, was recently opened by the Prestige Group.

A goal for the next three years for the real estate firm in India is to develop seven million square feet of property.

Forum mall, a new building by the Prestige Group, opened up on Kanakapura Road in South Bengaluru's Prestige Falcon City not too long ago. The Forum shopping centre located in the heart of South Bengaluru, just where Kanakapura Road, Banashankari, and JP Nagar intersect.

As per Irfan Razack, chairman and managing director of Prestige Group, Forum will open the way for endless retail, entertainment, and food and beverage possibilities in the coming years. To achieve this, Prestige Group will be implementing a number of strategic growth initiatives. Through their next developments, they want to donate as much as seven million square feet of space in urban areas, which will help hem connect with today's consumers.

The company has revolutionised the way Americans think about shopping, and its stores will continue to feature unique designs and high-end touches.

As per Muhammad Ali, CEO of retail at the Prestige Group when they launched Forum in 2004, it was the realisation of a dream. This day and age, we are reimagining the perfect shopping mall for the next generation of shoppers.

Benoy, an architect based in Singapore, designed the shopping centre. The interior design adheres to the overarching theme, which fuses contemporary and natural elements.

The Forum Mall is an upscale shopping destination stocked with well-known international labels like Zara and H&M, among many others. Apart from these, additional well-known brands include Shoppers' Stop, Lifestyle, Home Stop, and Home Centre. Covering a total area of 70,000 square feet, it features Lulu, the leading retail company in Dubai, and their latest generation of hypermarket.

The Dubai Landmark Group's largest family entertainment centre, Tridom, is located in the mall. Tridom, which spans 50,000 square feet, is home to cutting-edge arcade games and amusements.

A PVR megaplex including 12 theatres, Gold class, PXL, and 4DX, can be found in the shopping centre. In addition, there are more than 45 restaurants to choose from, in addition to a microbrewery, al fresco seating, and a large food court with more than 1,200 seats.

It also offers services like high-end salons, spas, and wellness centres, in addition to a wide variety of products and brands in areas including clothing, accessories, health and beauty, home décor, and more.

The property has a state-of-the-art conference hall that was designed by one of the country's top architectural companies and is completely incorporated with the rest of the site. It's a three-in-one conference centre with a Broadway theatre that seats 1,300, a dining hall that seats 500, and an outdoor amphitheatre that seats 500.

Since 2004, Forum has been a part of the Prestige Group. Forum Rex Walk, in addition to Forum at Prestige Falcon City, is improving its offerings by presenting Bengaluru's first Director's Cut. It's the largest and most luxurious cinema in Bengaluru, and it's the third of its kind in India, so naturally it's named Director's Cut.
