MAK Projects was named "Sustainable Project of the Year in India" at the World HRD Congress held at the Taj Lands End in Mumbai.

The award was granted in recognition of the elegantly designed and ecologically sustainable Canadian Wood home in BTR Greens, Hyderabad, which was created by MAK Projects in collaboration with Canadian Wood, a Crown agency under the British Columbia provincial government.

The award was granted to the sustainably constructed and aesthetically beautiful Canadian Wood home.

MAK Projects and Canadian Wood cooperated to build a sustainable house in BTR Greens, Hyderabad, using certified wood from sustainably managed British Columbia forests. Forestry Innovation Investment (FII), commonly known as Canadian Wood, supplied technical support, training, and project management to the MAK Projects-led initiative.

In addition, the awards recognise initiatives in sectors and fields requiring substantial attention, such as agriculture, aviation, biotechnology, IT advances, FutureTech, and capability management.
