Flexible office provider Table Space has secured around USD 300 million from global private equity firm Hill House Capital to expand its operations. It is anticipated that the investment will be financed in two tranches.

Table Space has lately acquired many significant customers and has been seeking capital to develop its company.According to many individuals with knowledge of this deal, the influx of capital will expedite their growth.

Table Space wants to extend its presence from the current five million square feet to eight million square feet by December 2023, making it one of India's fastest-growing managed workspace providers for businesses.

According to sources, the agreement was finalised in October of 2022.Offices are increasingly seen as both a capital investment and a value-driven operational cost by corporations. The events of the previous two years have expedited the shift for businesses, and many flex operators have grown quickly to assist them with this change.

The later part of 2022 has seen Table Space leas over 1,200,000 square feet of Class-A commercial space in developments such as 1 Shobha in Bengaluru, Gigaplex in Navi Mumbai, DLF Cyber City Building 10 in Gurugram, BPTP Capital City in Noida, and Panchshil Business Park in Pune.

Table Space now administers and manages about 5 million square feet, which can seat between 45,000 and 50,000 people. The organisation works in locations like as Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, and Chennai, among others, and provides services to major corporations such as AMD, Fujitsu, and Microsoft, among others.
