Planet Smart City has nearly sold out its premier 'Universe' project, located in the Life Republic township in Hinjewadi, Pune. This success comes through a partnership with Kolte-Patil Developers (KPDL), with over 88% of residential units and 91% of commercial units already sold.

Launched in December 2020, the 'Universe' project encompasses a significant saleable area, consisting of more than 1.3 million sq-ft in residential units and 85,000 sq-ft in commercial units. The project is on track to achieve sales exceeding Rs 900 crores.

Marco Pilia, MD India at Planet Smart City, shared that their collaboration with leading developers in India allows them to offer highly innovative solutions in the residential market, ensuring that their projects remain modern and affordable for customers.

Rahul Talele, Group CEO at Kolte-Patil Developers, expressed that partnering with internationally renowned brands in the real estate sector enables them to provide customers with substantial value, focusing on sustainability and smart solutions. He described the Universe project as a model of urban living that integrates two significant contemporary trends: PropTech and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance).

The impressive sales of the project have been significantly supported by Anarock Property Consultants, contributing to its commercial success.

Aditi Watve, President of Residential Sales at Anarock Group, mentioned that for the Life Republic project, they leveraged their proprietary SaaS-driven proptech real estate marketing solutions. This approach allowed them to precisely target and engage clientele who are seeking superior residential lifestyle options.
