Royal Green Realty marked its second foundation day by launching the Royal Green County mixed-use project in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The company has received approval to construct the 42-acre project.

This project involves the construction of 5.5 million square feet of space in the National Capital Region (NCR).

Yashank Wason, managing director of Royal Green Realty, said that they always have a sound financial plan in place before embarking on a new project, and that in 2023, the real estate development firm would focus mostly on Haryana.

This project by Royal Green Realty will add 5.5 million square feet to multiple NCR districts.

Wason feels that Bahadurgarh has tremendous potential and is part of the fourth NCR with the highest promise. The company has already announced three Bahadurgarh-based projects. The city will also benefit from the Urban Extension Road (UER-2) that will traverse Bahadurgarh, commencing at Narela in Delhi.

Royal Green County will be built in Sector 40, Bahadurgarh, to the west of Delhi, where around 3,000 people will dwell in elegant, convenient, and open neighbourhoods. The first shop-come-office (SCO) market place in Bahadurgarh, complete with green pathways, tree-lined boulevards, and the city's first 35,000-square-foot lifestyle club, is another active project.

The real estate developer has carved out a niche for itself; its most recent announced project is the Royal Green Industrial Park, which will be built on 17,48 acres of land in accordance with Haryana's Enterprises Promotion Policy (EPP) 2020.
