Promoter of Everest Food Products Buys Luxury Apartment in Oberoi 360 West, Worli For INR 74 Cr Approx

The promoter of Everest Food Products Private Limited acquired an apartment in the opulent development Three Sixty West by Oberoi Realty in the Worli area of Mumbai for Rs 73.50 crore, according to documents obtained by the proptech firm Zapkey.com

According to the documents, the further floor flat has a carpeted area of 6,130 square feet and an additional space of 164 square feet.

The transaction was recorded on October 30 and includes six parking spaces.

The documents indicate that for the transaction, the purchasers paid Rs 2.40 crore in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 in registration fees.

Multiple record-breaking property transactions have occurred at the Three Sixty West twin-tower complex in South Mumbai in 2023 alone.
