Indian Proptech company NoBroker.com, has recently opened a 3,500-square-foot experience facility in the Gachibowli district of Hyderabad. At the experience centre, customers will be able to choose the greatest choices for designing or redesigning their space via tactile interaction.

The inauguration of the Gachibowli experience centre, the first of its type in Hyderabad and the second of its kind in India after the HRBR Centre in Bengaluru, is part of NoBroker's long-term ambition to establish a property-centric ecosystem. With over 10 million users, the website already has a considerable presence in the city.

Customers may participate in tactile encounters with a large assortment of home decor items.

Amit Kumar Agarwal, co-founder and CEO of NoBroker mentioned that strategically, it was essential for NoBroker to develop its presence in Hyderabad. In March of 2022, they opened their first interior design business in the HRBR layout of Bangalore.

Nobroker also wants to establish three more locations before the end of 2023. Since the launch of the Bengaluru experience centre nine months ago, their interior vertical has increased by a factor of ten, and they are certain that the Gachibowli experience centre will accelerate this growth even further.
