A Systematic Method for Resolving ConflictsOver the course of eight years, the comprehensive resolution plan would disperse Rs 1,814 crore. The idea is well thought out, with a sizeable amount of Rs 929 crore set aside for lenders. Additionally, the plan allots 438 million rupees for handing over finished dwellings to purchasers.

Prospects for a Brighter Future in Homebuyer Guarantee PaymentsCurrently, there are 837 homebuyers who have had their claims accepted. The sum of Lavasa's acknowledged claims is 409 billion rupees. The massive sum of Rs 6,642 crore is the sum total of the company's acknowledged claims. The proposal stipulates that after five years of obtaining environmental approval, these customers will be provided with completely completed residences.
