Kohinoor Group of Pune, India, Has Signed up With CBRE

Pune-based real estate firm Kohinoor Group has hired commercial real estate firm CBRE to manage its AAA-rated office space development in Pimpri-Chinchwad called Kohinoor World Towers.

Col. Sanjeev Sehgal, senior director & head FM & property management - Pune Region, CBRE South Asia; Anuj Dhody, executive director - head Pune operations; and Prasanth Gopinath, director commercial (BU) Kohinoor Group; all attended the sign-off ceremony held at Kohinoor World Towers.

Facilities management will be overseen by CBRE and they will provide their world class facility management to this building - something that CBRE is renowned for.

Kohinoor Group plans to provide maintenance services for its Pune, India, World towers in par with international norms.
