Kochra Realty Builds The Twenty Floored Estado Tower in Bandra East, Mumbai

Kochra Realty developed the Bandai East residential property Estado. The 20-story structure has two wings and offers 2-3 BHK flats starting from700 square feet of carpet area.  

The double-height foyer with an ornate canopy is the key focal point of the project. The high-speed elevators lead to a house designed with vastu and the elements of nature in mind.

Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), Jio Garden, and Jio World are within a few minutes' walk of the site. It is also in close proximity to the Western Express Highway (WEH), famous educational institutions, multispecialty hospitals, and business centres.

Kochra Realty has been redeveloping buildings in the Andheri and Bandra neighbourhoods since 2020.

The varied facilities provided by the development cater to the demands of persons of all ages. The complex includes, among other attractions, a children's play area, an area for older citizens, a reflexology trail, an activity area, a gaming zone, a yoga deck, a sky-gazing platform, and a fitness centre. In addition to being monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the project has an electric vehicle (EV) charging station.
