ITC's Fortune Hotels, a part of the ITC hotel group, has recently signed agreements to manage two upscale Fortune Park hotels in Kochi, located in Athani and Kakkanad. These hotels, expected to open in 2025, signify Fortune Hotels' eagerly awaited debut in Kerala.

Samir MC, the Managing Director of Fortune Hotels, shared that the company is focusing on expanding its reach, and the two properties in Kochi are set to be key additions to their portfolio. He emphasized Kerala's high market potential and mentioned the company's ongoing strategy to venture into new and emerging towns and cities within the state. He reaffirmed Fortune Hotels' dedication to providing exceptional guest experiences in all their locations.

The Athani hotel, slated to open by March 2025, will feature 72 stylish rooms and suites. Located just a 10-minute drive from Cochin International Airport, this modern hotel will be the first of its kind in its segment in the area, catering to both business and leisure travelers.

Scheduled for a late 2025 launch, the Kakkanad hotel is a business-oriented property with 67 rooms. It is situated in the Ernakulam district, a hub for numerous IT and industrial projects like the Cochin Special Economic Zone, Kochi Info Park, and the Smart City project.

This location is strategically important due to its strong IT and industrial presence.
Both hotels in Kochi are designed to offer a range of amenities, including diverse dining options, state-of-the-art banquet and meeting facilities, and wellness amenities such as a gym, spa, and swimming pool, providing guests with numerous ways to relax and rejuvenate.
