Godrej Properties Limited(GPL) has acquired 62 acres of property in the Kurukshetra region of Haryana. The business indicated in a BSE filing that the project would be used to create almost 1.3 million square feet worth of residential plots.

Godrej Properties declared recently in a regulatory filing that it had entered into a deal for the development of 14.27 acres of property in Gurugram, Haryana.
The development will mostly consist of luxury residential flats.

Godrej Properties Executive Chairman Pirojsha Godrej had said earlier in December 2022,

"We have added projects totaling Rs 16,500 billion so far this fiscal year, surpassing our full-year target of Rs 15,000 billion. Given robust future visibility, we will finish the 2022-23 fiscal year far ahead of the plan."

It stated that it anticipated around Rs 3,000 crore in sales income from the building of a new home project in the Gurugram region of Haryana.

Pirojsha Godrej was tremendously optimistic about upcoming sales bookings and land purchases. In February of this year, Pirojsha Godrej detailed intentions to spend over Rs 7,500 crore in the purchase and development of new real estate projects over the following 12 to 18 months.
