Group 108 has unveiled One FNG, an IT/ITES initiative, as its most recent undertaking. Constituting an investment of one thousand crore rupees, ONE FNG is situated in close proximity to the Faridabad–Noida–Ghaziabad (FNG) motorway.

The Group's subsequent project, Grandthum, was scheduled to be developed in Noida, following the near-completion of the IT Park in Greater Noida West. Located on a 22.5-acre plot of land, Grandthum is an IGBC Platinum-rated green structure.

Dr. Amish Bhutani, MD, Group 108, confirmed that this investment was in accordance with their pledge to invest Rs. 2000 crore in the region, which they made public at the UP Investors Summit 2023.

The undertaking encompasses two skyscraper office structures, designated as tower A and B, which provide a combined office area of around 16 lakh square feet. Additionally, a high street retail area measuring 4 lakh square feet is also included. Tower B, which is equipped with twenty-one high-speed lifts and is designed to endure earthquakes, has one of the largest floor plates in Noida.

The anticipated completion time for ONE FNG is five years, and the structure has already obtained pre-certification from IGBC as a Platinum-rated green building. Group 108's Sanchit Bhutani, MD, emphasises, "This undertaking distinguishes itself on the market by placing a premium on wellness and health in addition to office and retail space."
