Indian Cricket legend Virat Kohli has entered into a significant leasing agreement with Mynd Integrated Solutions, securing a substantial annual income. Nestled in the commercial hub of Gurugram, Kohli's 18,430 square feet property within the Reach Comercia building has been leased out.

A decade after its purchase, with the building's recent completion, Kohli has turned this asset into a source of steady income, fetching approximately ₹1 crore annually.

Strategic Investment in Prime Locations

Kohli's real estate portfolio is both impressive and expansive. Residing in a plush Mumbai apartment with his family, he has strategically invested in multiple properties. Besides their primary residence in Worli, Mumbai, the couple owns a holiday home in Alibaug and another property in DLF-1 Gurgaon, reflecting their keen interest in lucrative real estate markets.

Commercial and retail real estate investments in India, especially in the metros have always given great returns. It is not surprising that most of the celebrity actors, cricketers and other wealthy Indians prefer real estate investments as one of the major components of their investment protfolio.
