Ahmedabad:

The 18th edition of the GIHED Property Show, organized by CREDAI Ahmedabad, is set to commence with grandeur in Ahmedabad from January 5 to 7, 2024. The Chief Minister of Gujarat, Bhupendra Patel, is slated to inaugurate this prestigious event, with the Minister of State for Home, Harsh Sanghvi, also in attendance.

Showcasing Over 400 Diverse Real Estate ProjectsThis property show will be a spectacular showcase, featuring more than 400 real estate projects.

These projects span various categories, including residential, commercial, warehouse, weekend villas, and plotting ventures, covering different areas of Ahmedabad. The event will also see participation from 60 renowned developers and several financial institutions, the latter offering on-the-spot loan facilities to visitors.

A Hub for Buyers and Investors

Dhruv Patel, the President of CREDAI Ahmedabad, emphasized the significance of the 18th GIHED Property Show in simplifying property transactions for both buyers and investors. He conveyed that the event would provide a comprehensive glimpse into Ahmedabad's dynamic real estate market, offering a wide array of projects catering to diverse needs and budget ranges.

Revolutionizing Property Transactions in Gujarat

In a landmark decision, CREDAI Ahmedabad announced the discontinuation of the practice of quoting super-built-up area in property transactions. Patel explained that the dual selling method involving the RERA area and the super built-up area would no longer be used. Properties will henceforth be quoted based on the 'box price', focusing solely on the size according to the area. He assured that this change in calculating property size would not affect property prices.
