Colliers has secured a pivotal contract to lead the construction of the Artificial Intelligence and Technology Extension Hub in Ahmedabad, a project commissioned by Infibeam Avenues. This new development is an extension of the planned AI hub in GIFT City, Gujarat, with ambitions to operationalize within 18 months, marking a significant step forward for the Indian multinational fintech company.

Innovative Hub for Collaboration and Growth

Spanning 400,000 square feet, the project awarded to Colliers on a cost-plus basis aims to establish a synergistic environment fostering collaboration and innovation among tech companies. This AI and technology hub is designed to support a thriving ecosystem, enabling tech firms to leverage a comprehensive system for enhanced partnership and creative solutions.
