💼 A Bollywood Name Enters the Commercial Property Game

Sohail Khan, known for his contributions to Indian cinema as an actor, director, and producer, has reportedly leased out his commercial space in Mumbai’s plush Bandra locality for a five-year term. As per official registration data, Khan has rented out a 1,300 sq. ft. property located in Gasper Enclave to The Irish House Food and Beverages Pvt Ltd.

📊 Steady Rental Income from Prime Real Estate

The five-year agreement is set to fetch Khan an estimated total of ₹10.34 crore. According to Square Yards, the deal includes a staggered rent structure—₹16.89 lakh per month for the initial three years, with a gradual ₹1 lakh increment thereafter. The lease agreement was formalized with a stamp duty of ₹2.67 lakh, marking the start of a 60-month tenure.

🎬 Beyond Films: Real Estate as a Wealth Strategy

While Sohail may not enjoy the mass stardom of his elder brother Salman Khan, he has built a respectable career with films such as Krishna Cottage, Fight Club – Members Only, and Main Aurr Mrs Khanna. His foray into commercial leasing signals a broader trend among Bollywood personalities who are investing in Mumbai’s real estate market.

🏢 Bollywood’s Growing Real Estate Footprint

Industry figures like Amitabh Bachchan, who recently purchased four units in Oshiwara, and actors like Kartik Aryan and Manoj Bajpayee collectively hold real estate worth over ₹150 crore in Mumbai. Khan’s decision appears to align with a long-term income diversification strategy among film celebrities seeking financial security beyond the screen.
