Avanta India, a Delhi-NCR-based co-working startup, plans to add 50,000 square feet of extra co-working space, bringing its total area to 2,00,000 square feet. The firm will commence its growth with a new 10,000-square-foot space at Nehru Place, equating to 150 more seats.

By December 2022, the extension at Nehru Place will be finished. This will be followed by the development of additional centres' capacities.

Currently, Avanta has coworking spaces in New Delhi in Nehru Palace, Connaught Place, KG Marg, and Saket. In addition, it runs a location in Gurgaon's Sector 30. All of its facilities are working at capacity, prompting Avanta to quickly expand seats.

Our unique selling proposition is the provision of world-class, adaptable office space in prominent Delhi-NCR locations. Our clientele consists of big multinational corporations (MNCs), financial institutions, technical service providers, as well as start-ups and smaller firms, according to Nakul Mathur, managing director of Avanta India.

The newly additional seats will be unbranded, amenity-filled rooms. Its centres are renowned for their sophisticated décor, amenities, and recreational areas. Not just startups, but even bigger enterprises are opting for co-working facilities.

"From the standpoint of individual development, working in a shared area provides various real advantages. It fosters meaningful engagement and cooperation across people across industries and organisations. In turn, this may contribute to more holistic development and improved reasoning, as Mathur said.
