Apple India extended its 52,000 sq ft lease with The Executive Centre, a flexible office operator.

According to Propstack, the rental deal was extended for 36 months in July 2022 and contains a 16-month lock-in period.

Apple India will lease the executive centre Safina Towers office in Bengaluru for INR 1.42 crore per month. The filed document states a 5% increase in November 2023 and thereafter every 12 months.
