With an investment of Rs 800 crore, Aparna Constructions and Estates has launched four residential projects in Hyderabad. Aparna CyberStar, Aparna CyberShine, Aparna CyberOn, and Aparna CyberHeights are situated on more than 15 acres in Osman Nagar.

Aparna Constructions has successfully launched seven residential projects this fiscal year, as announced.

SS Reddy, managing director of Aparna Constructions and Estates, said that the residential real estate market had exponential growth in 2021, and the pace is continuing even after the implementation of COVID, particularly in Hyderabad.

He also mentioned despite rises in loan interest rates, demand for homes remains robust across all age groups.

Aparna CyberStar, Aparna CyberShine, Aparna CyberOn, and Aparna CyberHeights are just 5 kilometres from the ORR and 11 kilometres from the IT Hubs.

The ingeniously arranged apartments have spacious bedrooms, fascinating outdoor seating areas, and a well-designed kitchen.
