AI Driven Corporation Facilio Leases 40000 Square Feet of Flexible Office Space in Chennai from IndiQube

IndiQube is home to offshore development facilities like Philips, Hitachi, Eli Lilly, UPS, Sopra Steria, and Samsung, among others.

IndiQube has leased approximately 40,000 square feet of flexible office space to Facilio, an AI-driven property operations platform provider. This office facility in Guindy, Chennai, is one of IndiQube's flagship developments.

As Facilio enters its next chapter of expansion in 2023, the company's CEO, Prabhu Ramachandran, explains, 

"We wanted to equip our workers with a contemporary and well-designed workspace to inspire and prepare them for success, which IndiQube made possible. Our AI-based CMMS technology will be installed in the smart building to provide a seamless facilities experience."

Meghna Agarwal, co-founder of IndiQube mentioned that each level has a distinct colour scheme, designer ceilings, inspired details, and themed meeting spaces and that the area has several attractions.

IndiQube has offshore development facilities for several companies, including Philips, Hitachi, Eli Lilly, UPS, Sopra Steria, and Samsung.
