Arkade Developers Acquire 3 Acre Land Parcel in Bhandup LBS Marg For INR 104 Crore

Mumbai-based Arkade Developers has acquired a three-acre parcel of industrial land in Bhandup on LBS Marg in the eastern suburbs of Mumbai for 104 crore.

According to the registration documents obtained by IndexTap.com, the developer purchased 2.96 acres of land from Copper Rollers Pvt Ltd for INR 98 crore and paid a stamp duty of INR 5.88 crore.

The purchase transaction was registered formally on September 26, 2023

In February 2023, Arkade Group purchased an 8.300-square-meter site from Hercules Hoists Ltd, a Bajaj group company, for approximately 103.40 crore in Sarvodaya Nagar, Mulund West.

Arkade Group, which launched its IPO recently, has also acquired a 4,620-square-meter redevelopment project in Bangur Nagar, Goregaon.

The Arkade Group, led by Amit Jain, has five ongoing projects with a total developable area of 1.98 million sq ft.
