Century Real Estate Launches Codename New You in Jakkur

Century Real Estate has pre-launched their newest property, codenamed New You, aimed at the swiftly expanding segment of millennial homebuyers. It is situated in Jakkur, the core of North Bengaluru, in a location that is future-proof and millennial-friendly, with ready social infrastructure, readily accessible workplaces, fitness centres, hospitals, breweries, and weekend excursions.

"Millennials account for as much as 35 percent of India's total population. While they are significantly invested in creating a solid future for themselves, home ownership has become one of their earliest and most important goals. In fact, according to a report by JLL, millennials accounted for 54 percent of home purchases in 2022."

Due to their socioeconomic profile, the real estate industry in India has catered to middle-aged customers for generations. Despite rising economic clout and labour force participation, very few real estate brands have tailored their offerings to millennials.
