Mahindra Holidays has announced a major push into luxury hospitality with its new Mahindra Signature Resorts brand, planning to invest ₹1,000 crore and scale room inventory to 12,000 keys by FY30.

The Ascott Limited, Singapore's hospitality giant, launches Citadines Paras Square Gurugram in North India via a strategic partnership with Paras Buildtech. Ascott's first hotel in the dynamic area expands its Indian portfolio to 18 hotels in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Goa, and Chennai.

Leisure Hotels Group (LHG), the biggest resort company in Uttarakhand and recognised for its immersive resorts in North India, has signed a new "Bedzzz" hotel in Goa, a major Indian vacation destination. LHG's third Bedzzz hotel in India follows successful debuts in Varanasi and Rishikesh.
