The Supreme Court has directed the Enforcement Directorate to release 12 V Hotels properties worth ₹4,000 crore to Lodha Developers (Macrotech), including the landmark Centaur Hotel in Juhu, Mumbai, marking a major victory in the corporate insolvency resolution process.

The bankruptcy court allowed Macrotech Developers to buy V Hotels Ltd., which owns the Tulip Star Hotel, formerly the Centaur Hotel. The property in Mumbai's upmarket Juhu neighbourhood will be bought by Lodha Group business Macrotech Developers for Rs 890 crore.
